FAQ

Will this work with a compensator or threaded barrel?

Yes. The added muzzle weight complements comp setups by reducing felt recoil further. The guide rod does not interfere with barrel threads or suppressor-height sights.

Does the black PVD finish wear differently than the polished stainless?

The PVD coating is more abrasion-resistant than the polished surface, but both finishes will show holster wear over time. Polished stainless can be re-buffed; PVD cannot be field-refinished.

Do I need to change recoil springs when using this guide rod?

No. The component retains the factory recoil spring and uses the included threaded cap. Spring weight stays stock unless you are changing ammunition power factor significantly.
