The American Defense Mfg UIC Billet is a stripped AR-15 lower receiver for 5.56 NATO. It is machined from 7075-T6 billet and finished in black with a Type III Teflon impregnated hardcoat anodized coating. The lower has ambidextrous magazine release controls, an ambidextrous bolt catch and release lever, and a 20-degree competition style mag well. Dimpled take down and pivot pins help the parts line up during assembly, and the manual safety is included.

This lower suits a builder who wants an ambidextrous control layout and a low-friction finish. The mag well angle is described as helping faster reloads, which matters for range and competition practice. The stripped format leaves the upper, barrel and stock choice open, so confirm compatibility with those parts before ordering.
