No. The kit is designed to achieve an average of 4.5 lbs using factory spring weights. Pull weight can vary slightly due to ammunition, shooter technique, and individual pistol tolerances, but the connector geometry is calibrated to stay in that range.

Is the Nickel-Teflon coating necessary for function?
