Apex® Armorer’s Block

This Armorer’s Block is a dedicated frame support tool for Glock and S&W M&P polymer pistols. It provides a stable, non-marring work platform that prevents frame flex and protects critical internal surfaces when driving pins, swapping triggers, or installing safeties. Without a block like this, you risk cracking the frame or damaging sear surfaces during disassembly and reassembly. This unit works with the Armorer’s Tray (sold separately) for a complete bench setup.

No tools required. Place the block on a flat bench, seat the pistol frame over the bosses, and proceed with disassembly. For pinned frames, a standard punch and hammer are needed – the block supports the frame while you drive pins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this block work for Glock 43/43X/48 single-stack frames?

No. This block is designed for double-stack Glock frames (9mm/.40/.357 and .45). For single-stack slimline models, use the dedicated Armorer’s Tray or a compact frame block.

Can I use this for M&P Shield models?

Yes, the Shield frame fits the M&P side of the block, though the Shield’s narrower grip may sit slightly loose in the boss channels. The block will still support the frame adequately for pin driving and trigger work.

Does this block include the Armorer’s Tray?

No. The Armorer’s Block is a standalone frame support. The Armorer’s Tray (sold separately) is a companion piece that holds pins, springs, and small parts during the job.
