Wide Flat Trigger for SA-35 and BHP pistols

This is a direct replacement wide flat trigger for SA-35 and Browning Hi-Power (BHP) pistols. It solves two common issues with the factory BHP trigger system: excessive over-travel (trigger over-run as the slide cycles) and a narrow, curved trigger face that concentrates pull force into a small contact area. The wider 0.31″ flat face (vs. 0.25″ factory width) distributes pressure across more of the finger, reducing fatigue during extended sessions. The integrated over-travel pad eliminates the sloppy rearward movement inherent to the Browning design. Minor trimming of this pad may be required on some pistols due to frame/slide tolerance variations.

Requires removal of factory trigger and trigger pin. Recommend using a trigger pin removal punch (PN 115-351) to avoid damaging the frame. Does this trigger reduce trigger pull weight?

No. This trigger does not alter sear engagement or spring tension. It only changes the geometry of the trigger face and eliminates over-travel. Pull weight remains factory spec unless you also replace springs.
