Caliber: .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO | Capacity: 30
The Daniel Defense DD4 V7 Fully Ambidextrous is a 5.56 NATO semi-automatic rifle with a 16-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel. The barrel is 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a government profile and a 1:7 twist. A mid-length gas system helps the action cycle smoothly. The rifle weighs 6.4 pounds, measures 32.25 inches overall and holds 30 rounds plus one in the chamber.
The fully ambidextrous lower receiver keeps the controls within reach from either shoulder. The 15-inch DD4 M-LOK rail offers accessory and sling mounting, and the enhanced three-piece trigger gives a crisp pull. A flash device sits on the threaded muzzle. The listing does not describe an optic mount, so the rifle is suited to shooters who want a standard black carbine layout for training and range use.
