This fixture solves the problem of ejector fitment drift during 1911/2011 builds or service. When pressing in a new ejector or staking the pin, the ejector can shift out of alignment relative to the frame and pin hole, causing feed/ejection issues. The Ejector Pin Fixture clamps the ejector securely to the frame, maintaining the correct spatial relationship through the entire pin installation process. Machined from billet steel with a Melonite finish for corrosion and wear resistance. Brass-tipped set screws provide positive retention without galling the ejector or frame surfaces.

FAQ
Will this work with a ramped barrel 1911?
Yes. The fixture does not interface with the barrel ramp. It clamps only the ejector to the frame, leaving the barrel channel unobstructed.
Can I use it to hold the ejector while filing/fitting the ejector itself?
Designed primarily for pin staking alignment. If you need to hold the ejector for filing, the fixture can serve as a vise block, but the brass set screws are intended for retention, not heavy filing forces. Best practice is to fit the ejector off the frame, then use the fixture for final pin installation.
Does it replace the frame pin or require permanent modification?
No. The fixture clamps externally. No frame drilling, tapping, or permanent alteration. Remove after pin is staked.
