This Action Enhancement Kit for Slim Frame Glock® pistols combines the Apex Action Enhancement Trigger (with trigger bar) and a Performance Connector into a single drop-in package. It directly addresses the factory trigger’s long, gritty take-up and vague reset by reducing pre-travel, overall travel, and reset distance. The result is a clean rolling break at approximately 4.5 lbs.* with a smooth uptake and positive reset. All components are 100% manufactured in the USA (Phoenix, AZ) and are drop-tested from 6′ on concrete in 27 orientations, plus additional drops at 120°F and 0°F.

Direct drop-in. Tools needed: Glock® disassembly tool or punch (for trigger pin), small punch for rear trigger housing pin, and a non-marring hammer or mallet. Expect 15–30 minutes for first-time install. This kit uses a factory-style trigger bar geometry, so no frame modification or aftermarket trigger housing is required.

FAQ

Will this work in a Gen5 Slim Frame?

Yes. This kit is designed for Slim Frame (single-stack) Glock® pistols including Gen5 models (43X, 48). It does not fit standard double-stack frames.

Does this kit include a trigger shoe only, or the full trigger bar assembly?

It includes the complete trigger with trigger bar, plus the Performance Connector. You do not need to purchase a separate trigger bar or connector.

Is the trigger pull weight adjustable?

No. This kit provides a fixed ~4.5 lb. rolling break. The design does not incorporate adjustable pre-travel or over-travel screws. The weight is determined by the connector geometry and trigger bar sear engagement.

*Due to the nature of the fire control system, this trigger does not produce a defined “wall” like a single-action system. The break is a clean rolling break.
