Overview
This is a direct drop-in replacement recoil assembly for Hellcat Pro length slides, designed to replace the factory recoil assembly. It accepts ISMI flat wire recoil springs, giving you the ability to adjust recoil spring force by swapping springs. The guide rod is machined from heat-treated stainless steel and polished for smooth operation, assembled in a raw stainless state.

2 out of 5. Requires standard hand tools (punch, small hammer, bench vise optional). Field-strip the slide, remove factory recoil assembly, drop in this unit. Changing springs adds one step: clamp guide rod base in vise, remove cap screw, swap spring, reinstall cap screw.
FAQ
Will this fit the standard Hellcat (non-Pro)?
No. This assembly is specifically for Hellcat Pro length slides. It will not function in a standard Hellcat slide.
What springs are compatible?
Standard ISMI flat wire recoil springs. You can adjust spring weight to tune cycling for different loads or compensator setups.
Is the guide rod captive?
No. The guide rod cap screw holds the assembly together when removed from the slide, but the spring is user-replaceable. Use the flats on the flange to clamp it in a vise for spring changes.
